The business was set up with a clear and defined scope, allowing Cleaning Square® to concentrate exclusively on post-construction cleaning, commercial contract cleaning and site welfare support. This focused structure enables practical, coordinated service delivery aligned with site programmes, access arrangements and operational requirements.
Cleaning Square Services Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Construction Square Ltd. While operating as an independent business with its own service delivery and teams, Cleaning Square® aligns with established governance, health and safety processes and operational controls developed through commercial construction activity.
From inception, the company has been structured around reliability, clarity of communication and services that integrate effectively within live construction and occupied environments. As the business develops, services will continue to evolve in line with operational capability and client requirements.
